Overseas Application
(I) Instruction
1. Please fill out the application.
2. Please fill out your department name and or section of work.
3. Please fill out the appropriate gender, as well as your address.
4. Please fill in your enrollment year. The official year is from April to March.
5. The Journal will be sent to you after your enrollment.
(II) Fees
1. Admission Fee is 3,000JPY
2. Annual Fee is 10,000JPY
(III) Application Form
1. Applicaton maybe filled out on PDF.
2. Acrobat Reader 4.0 can be used to type in the application form.
Acrobat Reader 3.0 may not be used.
If you need to make any changes in address, department, and etc,
please notify us by postcard or facsimile.
